This equipment meets the IPX1, IPX2 waterproof protection level tests as specified in GB4208-93 "Shell Protection Grade Standard," as well as GB10485-89, GB/T4942, and other water testing methods equivalent to IEC-529.
II. Product Overview:
The Vertical Drip Test Apparatus is a detection device for waterproof protection grades designed and manufactured by Jintan Jinying Environmental Test Equipment Co., Ltd. It complies with the requirements of Clause 4 of GB2423.38-90, Clauses 5, 6, and 8 of GB2424.23-90, and Clauses 6 and 13 of GB4208-93. It is an ideal testing device for professional testing institutions and meets the IPX1 and IPX2 protection grade tests.
IPX1: Vertical dripping test, the sample is placed on the sample stand in its normal working position, with the distance from the top of the sample to the dripping orifice not exceeding 200mm. Drip rate of 1mm/min (±0.5mm/min). Dripping duration: 10 minutes.
IPX2: Tilted 15° drip test, positioning one surface of the sample at a 15° angle to the vertical line, with the distance from the top of the sample to the drip orifice not exceeding 200mm. After testing one surface, switch to the opposite surface, repeating this process four times. Drip rate: 3mm/min (±0.5mm/min). Drip duration: 4 x 2.5min (total 10min).

IV. Structure and Materials:
The tank shell is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, all other water contacting parts are also made of stainless steel plate, and the dripping supports are made of A3 steel. The steel pipes are electrostatically coated; the guide pillars are spray-painted with steel square tubes. The sink material features a brushed finish on the stainless steel sheet. The sink level gauge is convenient for observing the water level inside the sink.
