Product Name
Xenon Lamps Weathering Test Chamber / Xenon Lamps Test Chamber / Xenon Lamps Aging Test Chamber / Xenon Lamps Test Chamber (Water-Cooled / Air-Cooled)
II. Product Overview
The SN series xenon lamp test chamber utilizes a xenon arc lamp capable of simulating the full sunlight spectrum (including UV, visible, and IR xenon light spectrum ranging from 280nm to 800nm, essentially matching the spectrum of the sun) to reproduce destructive light waves present in different environments. It provides environmental simulation and accelerated testing for scientific research, product development, and quality control.
The SN series Xenon Lamps Test Chambers are used for selecting new materials, improving existing materials, or assessing the durability changes after material composition variations. They effectively simulate the changes in materials exposed to sunlight under various environmental conditions.
Section 3: Case Structure
The exterior is made from SECC cold-rolled steel plate, shaped on a numerical machine tool, and the surface is treated with spray painting for a cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing look. The interior is lined with imported SUS#304 stainless steel sheet.
High-density PU foam or glass fiber cotton.
Utilizing a long-shaft fan motor and a high-temperature and low-temperature-resistant stainless steel multi-blade impeller, achieving strong convective vertical diffusion circulation.
The door and cabinet are sealed with double-layer high-temperature, high-tension sealing strips to ensure the airtightness of the testing area.
Utilizing a non-recoil door handle for easier operation.
The machine bottom features high-quality, fixed-type PU casters.
The observation window is made of multi-layered hollow tempered glass, (allowing for a clear view of the testing process).
4. Product Performance
Full-spectrum xenon lamp.
A variety of filter systems to choose from.
Water spray function.
Humidity Control
Test chamber air temperature control system.
Irregularly shaped sample holder.
Foreign-made Xenon Arc Lamps.
Easy to install, user-friendly, and basically requires no routine maintenance.
The lifespan of a Xenon arc lamp depends on the radiation intensity level used, with an average lifespan of 2000 hours for most tubes. Tube replacement is quick and easy, and long-lasting filters ensure the required spectrum is maintained.
V. Refrigeration System
The refrigeration unit is equipped with a fully enclosed "Tecumseh" Armor Knight compressor from France or a semi-enclosed Copeland compressor from Germany.
The refrigeration system is designed with a unitary or binary low-temperature circuit system.
Utilizing multi-wing fan blowers for powerful air circulation, eliminating any dead spots, ensuring uniform temperature and humidity distribution within the test area.
Air circulation design with air intake and exhaust, wind pressure and speed meet testing standards, and quickly restore temperature and humidity stability upon door opening.
The heating, cooling, and humidification systems are completely independent, which can improve product efficiency, reduce testing costs, extend lifespan, and decrease failure rates.
Section 6: Execution Standards
GB/T2423.24-1995, GB/T16422.2, GB9344, GB/T1865-97, IEC, UL, JIS, and other standards.
