Composition of Pressure Switches and How to Wire Them
1. Pressure sensor components utilize a single-crystal silicon intelligent pressure sensor. This sensor features highlAccuracy (±0.075%), high stability (exceeding 0.1%fs/year), resistance to high overpressure and static pressure (pressure-resistant up to 16 MPa), and a large range migration ratio (20:1).
2. The signal conditioning section is composed of integrated operational amplifiers and electronic components. It utilizes a German SUCO pressure switch to condition the pressure sensor signals into a format acceptable by the microcomputer, which then receives the signals.
3. The microcomputer uses a low-power embedded single-chip microcomputer, which features low power supply voltage (2.7~3.6V), low power consumption (as low as 1mA), small size (8mm×8mm), and strong functionality.

Features of the Automatic Pressure Switch:
1. Compact and exquisitely designed, easy to install and use, with a variety of wiring and interface options for user selection.
2. Long-lasting switch electrical contact life (over 100,000 cycles for vacuum pressure switches), with single-pole single-throw and single-pole double-throw contact types available for user selection.
3. Full stainless steel pressure sensor with reliable performance and long service life (over 100,000 times), pressure switch, made in ChinalInternational welding technology equipment, superior sealing performance, less than 1% leakage.
4. Working pressure can be manufactured according to customer requirements (20 inHg to 650 PSI / 50 cmHg to 4.5 MPa).
