Electrical explosion-proof pressure switch with integrated LED
A compact electronic magnetic switch provides pressure monitoring and explosion-proof function. The adjusting screw is used to determine the switch point of pressure. The integrated LED can display the current switch status.
The non-contact measurement principle is based on the Hall effect, and the pressure switches produced have high reusability and durability even after a large number of pressure cycles.
Contact function ( Normally Open / Normally Closed ) and contact type ( P-type switch / N-type switch ) are both available. The switch current range from a few microamps to 100mA allows the magnetic switch to be easily integrated into almost any control system. Hysteresis is adjustable, and two-point regulation can be easily achieved without any external settings.
The pressure-connection elastomer makes this explosion-proof pressure switch suitable for many gas and liquid media.
Metal foil diaphragms can measure both pressure and vacuum conditions simultaneously.
