Preparation Before Use1

  1. Material and Equipment PreparationPrepared with cement, grouting agents, high-pressure hoses, three-phase four-wire cables, and other accessories for the intelligent grouting system. If a computer is optional, it must pre-install Windows XP operating system and come with a wireless network adapter. For the network version system, a camera configuration is also required.

  2. Equipment InspectionCount equipment against the intelligent grouting system checklist, ensuring all equipment is intact and accessories are complete. Verify instrument serial numbers, as flowmeters, pressure gauges, and other instruments have been calibrated uniformly before shipment.

  3. Venue SetupIdentify the beams and slabs to be grouted and select an appropriate location to set up the grouting control station. The control station should be placed on the side of the beams and slabs to be grouted, ensuring it does not disrupt on-site construction, allows for safe operation, and is not directly exposed to sunlight. It should be easily visible from both ends of the beams and slabs during the grouting process without the need for movement, and should be connected to a 220V power source to ensure continuous power supply to the computer during grouting. Disable the computer's screen saver and automatic hard drive shutdown features, and install the control software. Position the grouting trolley at the grouting location, ensuring a straight-line, visible connection to the control station.

Operation Steps

  1. Power on and inspection2Secure the support feet, connect the power cord. Open the control cabinet, push the air separator circuit breaker (main switch) to the ON position, and check if the control system is operating normally.

  2. Fill Mixing Material2Open the water tank lid, fill it with water, then pour the cement and additives into the material bin for later use.

  3. Parameter Setting and Start-up4On the touch screen or master computer, set single weight parameters for powder (cement and additives) and water, as well as other parameters such as slurry pressure and pressure holding time as needed. After setting, press the "Home" button to return to the main interface, and then press the "Start" button to activate the automatic operation mode. The cart will then begin automatic feeding and mixing. Once the high-speed mixing system reaches the set weight, it will complete mixing for the specified time and then automatically stop.

  4. Slurry Transfer and Low-Speed Mixing1Manually open the "High-Speed Mixing Valve," pour the slurry into the low-speed mixing hopper, and begin the low-speed mixing process to maintain a uniform consistency of the slurry, prevent sedimentation, and simultaneously wait for the pressure grouting.

  5. Connecting grouting pipeline to grouting2Connect the grouting pipeline, and once the slurry volume in the low-speed mixing drum is sufficient for grouting, press the "Grout" button to initiate the grouting process. The system will continuously monitor the pipeline pressure through pressure sensors and automatically adjust the grouting pressure to ensure the entire pipeline meets the standard pressure requirements. During the grouting process, pay attention to observe for any leakage or abnormal conditions in the pipeline sections.

  6. Grouting completed and accepted1The system automatically stops the slurry pressure work after reaching the hold pressure time. Operators inspect and verify the completion of the entire slurry pressure work, including the fullness of the slurry and the presence of any leaks. After confirmation, the slurry pump and related valves are closed.

Post-grouting cleaning2

After grouting is completed, it is crucial to clean the mixing and grouting pipes thoroughly to prevent slurry residue from solidifying and blocking the pipes. Typically, this can be done by using the cleaning function of the equipment, rinsing the mixing drum, grouting pump, and other components with clean water, and multiple rinses may be necessary if required.
