Product Description:

(1) The sand core funnel's filter plate is made by grinding glass material, screening, and then sintering. It is capable of filtering acidic liquids and is treated with acids, also known as acid-resistant funnel or glass hanging melt funnel. It is suitable for large-volume solution filtration in university laboratories, biomanufacturing plants, and chemical industries.

(2) Various sizes of sand core funnels, available for custom production based on provided drawings or samples.

(3) Glass instruments with sand cores should be handled to avoid sudden temperature changes, especially when being dried in an oven. Always place them in an oven at room temperature before increasing the heat; do not insert them directly into a high-temperature oven. When removing them, wait until the oven has cooled to room temperature before taking them out. Otherwise, due to the different thermal expansion coefficients of the sand core and glass wall, cracking is likely to occur.
