Silica Rock Board Leakproofing Method:

1. Method of Small Seam Technique:

Brush a 60mm wide layer of single-component waterproof adhesive "Sunshine 2000PA" at both ends of the seam, leaving a 20mm section adjacent to the seam unpainted.

Non-woven fabric (or glass fiber fabric), width 150mm, applied onto the Sunproof 2000PA waterproof adhesive.

Apply three coats on non-woven or glass fiber cloth, with each subsequent coat 50mm wider than the previous one, and the thickness around 1.8mm. The next coat should be applied when the previous one is not sticky to the touch.

2. Method for Larger Board Seams:

① Fill the seams with DM-600 sealant adhesive.

Apply a 60mm wide, single-component waterproof sealant "Sunshine 2000PA" at both ends of the seam, leaving a 20mm area adjacent to the seam untreated.

Non-woven or glass fiber fabric, width 150mm, adhered to the 2000PA waterproof adhesive of Sunlight 2000.

Apply three coats of the Sunlight 2000PA single-component waterproof adhesive on the pasted fabric. Each subsequent coat should be 50mm wider than the previous one, with a thickness of approximately 1.8mm, forming a center-thick, edge-thin consistency. The final coat should be applied until the previous layer is no longer sticky to the touch.
