Common Quality Issues in Purification Engineering Installation and Their Solutions:
1. Incorrect panel assembly procedures are affecting installation timelines and product protection. The correct sequence should be: install the primary and secondary ceiling joists—wall panels—ceiling panels—windows and doors—trimming—self-leveling epoxy mortar flooring.
2. The installation of panels is strictly controlled for vertical alignment and surface flatness. Comprehensive product protection is implemented, and after completion, the protective film is removed. The joints of the cleaned panel surfaces are sealed with glue.
Air conditioning pipeline and equipment installation must be coordinated with the progress of the project, and can also be installed and inspected in advance. The air outlets and high-efficiency filters of the air conditioning must be independently fixed first, and it is strictly prohibited to return the air return pipeline without a dedicated pathway on the ceiling. During the installation of air conditioning pipelines, maintain sealing, prevent loss of clean air flow, and reduce energy consumption to enhance purification standards.
