The Magnesium Sulfate Board features a colored steel sheet as the surface layer, galvanized steel strip as the edge piece and reinforcing rib, and fireproof, waterproof magnesium sulfate as the core material. It is one of the high-grade fire-resistant decorative building panels available.
Magnesium sulfate is a new type of raw material, with a fire rating of A1, classifying it as non-combustible. It does not produce toxic smoke or harmful gases when exposed to fire, making it an environmentally friendly product. The core material features an organic honeycomb structure, effectively waterproof and moisture-proof, maintaining its shape after being submerged in water for 8 hours. Visually, the board surface is flatter, resulting in better installation and overall strength, high bending resistance, and strong load-bearing capacity. It can serve both as a protective structure and as a load-bearing structure. It is primarily used in the assembly of cleanrooms, laboratories, and as partitioning in high-rise buildings.
Magnesium sulfate magnesium core sandwich panels are made by bonding magnesium sulfate strips or magnesium sulfate hollow panels with color coated steel plates. The magnesium sulfate magnesium core sandwich panels fully utilize the properties of the magnesium sulfate composite material, offering significant advantages and effects in fire prevention, moisture resistance, anti-delamination, high strength, thermal insulation, heat insulation, and noise absorption. Production Process: The magnesium sulfate magnesium core sandwich panels are manufactured by the factory through automated equipment that bonds magnesium sulfate boards with color coated steel plates into a single unit. One-time molding with strong bonding.
Performance of Magnesium Sulfate Core Composite Panels:
1. Acoustic Performance: The sulfur magnesium core material itself has a certain elasticity and is a non-breathable solid material, thus offering excellent sound insulation properties.
2. Insulation Performance: The thermal insulation performance of magnesium sulfate core sandwich steel plate is based on the thermal conductivity of magnesium sulfate = 0.055 W/M2K, and calculated by the thickness of the magnesium sulfate core material at the corresponding proportion.
3. The waterproof and moisture-proof characteristics of the magnesium sulfate core color steel plate are highlighted, with an absorption rate ≤0.8%. After absorption, the magnesium sulfate core board maintains certain permeability without undergoing irregular deformation and does not produce chemical reactions, demonstrating strong stability.
4. The bonding strength between the core board and the color-coated steel is high (no delamination occurs). The sulfur-oxygen magnesium core material used in the sulfur-oxygen magnesium sandwich color steel plate is connected to the color-coated steel in a strip-like manner, which boasts excellent independent adhesion. This effectively addresses the issue of delamination that arises from the current market's practice of bonding steel plates in a whole-panel format.
5. Excellent Fire Resistance: The sulfur magnesium sandwich panel utilizes a production process, raw materials (non-combustible A1 grade), and a combination method that results in excellent fire resistance. Tests show it has a fire resistance capacity exceeding 1200°C. The fire resistance time of 50mm thick sulfur magnesium sandwich panel is ≥1H, 75mm thick panel is ≥2H, and 100mm thick panel is ≥3H.
