3. The waterproof and moisture-proof characteristics of the magnesium sulfate core color steel plate are highlighted, with an absorption rate ≤0.8%. After absorbing moisture, the magnesium sulfate core board maintains a certain permeability, does not undergo random deformation, and also does not produce chemical reactions, demonstrating strong stability.
4. The bonding strength between core boards and color-coated steel plates is high (no delamination occurs). The magnesium sulfate core material of the sulfur-oxygen magnesium core color steel plate is connected to the color-coated steel plate in a strip-like manner, featuring excellent independent adhesion, thereby effectively resolving the delamination issue that arises from the current market's practice of bonding steel plates in whole board form.
5. Excellent Fire Resistance: The sulfur magnesium sandwich panel utilizes a production process that incorporates non-combustible A1 grade raw materials, along with a superior bonding method, resulting in excellent fire resistance. Tests have shown that it boasts a耐火能力 of over 1200°C. The fire resistance time for a 50mm thick sulfur magnesium sandwich panel is ≥1H, for a 75mm thick panel is ≥2H, and for a 100mm thick panel is ≥3H.
