Product Overview

Steam/thermal oil heated reaction kettle uses steam as the heat source for heat exchange. The boiler steam is introduced into the jacket of the reaction kettle, transferring the steam heat into the kettle, causing the material inside to absorb heat and undergo reaction.

Steam/thermal oil heating reactors have better heat transfer effects due to water having a higher specific heat capacity than oil. Under the same temperature control conditions, the medium heat transfer effect of water temperature machines is superior. Water temperature machines use water as the medium and only require connection to tap water, making them easy to use. Additionally, at normal atmospheric pressure, the boiling point of water is 100°C. Therefore, without pressure, the control temperature of water temperature machines can only be less than or equal to 100°C. In practical applications, by increasing the pipeline pressure, the control temperature of water temperature machines can be raised to 180°C, thereby expanding their range of application.
