Performance and Features of Condensation Crystallization Slicing Machine
1. There are 3 methods of material intake: top feeding, bottom feeding, and side feeding. For chemical materials, there are single drum and double drum options.
2. Insulation for material troughs includes steam insulation, thermal oil recycling insulation, and electric heating insulation.
3. Equipment is categorized into open type, semi-enclosed type, fully enclosed type, vacuum type, and nitrogen protection type.
4. Blade materials include: brass, phosphor bronze, nylon, phenolic wood, and alloy steel saw blades.
5. The feeding system includes single exit and double exit options.
6. Special Requirements: The regular shape and size of the material ensure uniformity in thickness and size.
7. The cooling or (heating) system is designed with either jacketed or spray-type configurations, tailored to the slicing machine's size specifications and material characteristics. This design enhances heat exchange efficiency, strengthens the drum, and boosts the relative output of the product.
8. The cooling water system utilizes packed gland seals or rotating joints to reliably prevent water leakage, and employs a new process that reduces the consumption of cooling water.
9. The drum ends are equipped with insulation layers and side scrapers, preventing material buildup at the drum ends. This eliminates frictional power consumption at the drum ends and solves the issue of unstable operation caused by end surface material buildup.
