Performance and Features of Condensation Crystallization Slicer
1. There are 3 methods of material intake: top feeding, rear feeding, and bottom feeding. For the characteristics of chemical materials, there are single drum and double drum options.
2. Insulation for material troughs includes steam insulation, heat oil circulation insulation, and electric heating insulation.
3. Equipment is available in open type, semi-enclosed, fully enclosed, vacuum, and nitrogen-purged options.
4. Blade materials include: brass, beryllium copper, nylon, phenolic wood, and alloy steel saw blades.
5. The discharge system includes single and double discharge options.
6. Special Requirements: The specified shape and size of the material can ensure the uniformity of the thickness and size of the material sheets.
7. The cooling or (heating) system features jacketed or spray type, designed according to the size specifications of the slicing machine and the characteristics of the material. This design enhances heat exchange efficiency, increases the drum's strength, and improves the yield of the relative product.
8. The cooling water system employs packed seal or rotating joints, reliably preventing water leakage, and has implemented a new process to reduce the consumption of cooling water.
9. The drum ends are equipped with insulation layers and side scrapers, ensuring no material buildup at the drum ends. This eliminates frictional power consumption at the drum ends and resolves the issue of unstable startup caused by end face material buildup.
