Performance and Features of Condensation Crystallization Slicer
1. There are 3 types of material feeding methods: top feeding, bottom feeding, and side feeding. For chemical materials, we offer single drum and double drum options.
2. Insulation for material troughs includes steam insulation, heat oil recirculation insulation, and electric heating insulation.
3. Equipment is available in open, semi-enclosed, fully enclosed, vacuum, and nitrogen-purged configurations.
4. Blade materials include: brass, beryllium copper, nylon, phenolic wood, and alloy steel saw blades.
5. The material discharge system includes single discharge and double discharge options.
6. Special Requirements: Ensures the regular shape and size of materials, guaranteeing uniformity in thickness and size.
7. The cooling or (heating) system features jacketed or spray type, designed according to the size specifications of the slicing machine and the characteristics of the material. It can enhance heat exchange efficiency, increase the drum's strength, and improve the yield of the relative product.
8. Cooling water is sealed with packing or a rotating joint, ensuring reliable prevention of leaks, and a new process has been implemented to reduce the consumption of cooling water.
9. The drum ends are equipped with heat-insulating layers and side scrapers, ensuring no material buildup at the drum ends. This eliminates frictional power consumption at the drum ends and solves the issue of unstable operation caused by material buildup at the ends.
