Overview

      The non-separable helical plate heat exchanger is designed according to the machine industry standard JB/TQ724-89 for non-separable helical plate heat exchangers, with specifications for basic parameters and dimensions. It boasts advantages such as simple manufacturing, low cost, compact size, and good heat transfer performance. However, it also has its drawbacks, such as being unable to be mechanically cleaned and difficulty in maintenance when damaged. The selector should choose the specific equipment based on the actual situation of the project.

      The I-type non-detachable spiral plate heat exchanger features a welded sealing on the ends of its spiral channels, thereby offering high sealing integrity.
