Attach the hook of the tie-down to one end of the cargo.

Thread the ribbon from the other end through the hole of the buckle ratchet.

3. The pull-down lock tightener tightens the strap more and more as it is pulled down.

4. Tighten to the appropriate level, then secure the clamps, operation complete.

How to remove a tie-down clamp:

Pull the latch upward to unlock the clip.
