One-Pulse Dust Collector Open Circuit System
The system's raw materials are transported into the raw material storage by a bucket elevator, weighed, and de-ironed before being conveyed to the lock-air feeder using a belt conveyor to minimize air mixing during entry into the mill. Product collection is achieved with a single pulse dust collector, reducing the number of vertical mills required and simplifying the system's configuration. After collection, the products are sent to the finished product storage using a spiral feeder via a bucket elevator. The system can also dry the moist materials before they enter the mill.
Tornado and Pulse Dust Collector Closed-loop System
The difference between this system and the open-circuit system of the single-pulse dust collector lies in the use of a set of cyclone dust collectors to complete product collection. Part of the gas is introduced into the vertical mill for recycling, which can reduce the working load of the system and the gas volume passing through the dust collector. Dust removal equipment can use pulse dust collectors.
Three: Single-pulse dust collector closed-loop system
The difference between this system and the single collector system lies in the use of an air conveying system to deliver the finished products to the finished goods storage after collection. Additionally, the vertical mill's induced draft fan recycles most of the gas within the mill.
