Operating Principle

Hot air enters the bottom of the dryer tangentially, forming a powerful rotational air field driven by the agitator. Paste-like materials are introduced into the dryer through a spiral feeder, where they are dispersed by the strong impact, friction, and shearing forces of the high-speed rotating impeller. Solid materials are rapidly pulverized, fully exposed to hot air, heated, and dried. The dried material is lifted by the hot air current, with large particles retained by the grading ring and discharged out of the dryer at the center. The small particles are recovered by the cyclone separator and dust collector. Un-dried or large pieces are flung towards the vessel wall due to centrifugal force, fall back to the bottom, and are then pulverized and dried again.

Organic Compounds: Atrazine (pesticide), lauric acid separator, benzoic acid, benzene acid, benzoic anhydride, sodium metavanadate, copper acid cellulose, organic pigments, etc.
Dyes: Anthraquinone, black iron oxide, indigo pigment, dingsuan, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, various azo dye intermediates.
Inorganic substances: borax, calcium carbonate, hydroxides, copper sulfate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, various metal hydroxides, various heavy metal salts, synthetic cryolite, etc.
Food: Soy protein, gelling starch, lees, wheat sugar, wheat starch, etc.
