Product Overview
This series of containers is suitable for concentrated/diluted mixing in the pharmaceutical industry. The tank features an insulated layer, capable of heating and cooling, with the inner surface electro-polished to a mirror finish. The heads (conical) are spun-formed to meet GMP standards. The mixing device employs a sanitary mechanical seal. Insulation for the container is made of polyurethane or pearl cotton. The joints are designed with international standard quick-release clamp bands for easy sanitation. The edges are spun-formed, and the outer surface is available in various finishes such as polishing, sandblasting, matt sanding, or cold rolled natural color. This ensures the container showcases its superior quality in any setting. The equipment is equipped with air breathing holes, CIP cleaning spray nozzles, sight glass flanged quick-opening manholes, and other devices.
Based on storage capacity ranging from 1000 to 15,000L, for tanks with a capacity above 20,000L, it is recommended to use outdoor storage tanks. These tanks are made of SUS304 stainless steel and can be equipped with the following accessories as per the tank design requirements: mixer, inlet and outlet ports, manhole, thermometer, liquid level indicator, high and low liquid level alarm ports, insect-proof and dust-proof breathing holes, and metering devices.
