Product Overview
The wet material enters the spiral bed through the top feeding port. Under the action of the circumferential vibration force and gravity, the material jumps downwards along the spiral bed until the bottom level. Meanwhile, clean hot air enters from the bottom of the spiral bed, undergoes sufficient heat and mass transfer with the material distributed on the bed, and is then exhausted through the top drying port. This process achieves the drying purpose of the material.
Product Applications
This drying equipment is primarily used for drying traditional Chinese medicine pills; it is also suitable for drying granular, short rod-shaped, and spherical materials in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, plastics, building materials, and feed.
