Product Description
The CT-C series of hot air circulation ovens are equipped with low-noise, high-temperature axial fans and an automatic temperature control system. The entire circulation system is fully enclosed, improving the oven's thermal efficiency from the traditional 3-7% to the current 35-45%, with the highest efficiency reaching 50%. The successful design of the CT-C series hot air circulation oven has brought our country's technology up to international standards. It has saved a significant amount of energy for our country and improved the economic benefits of enterprises. In 1990, the State Administration of Medicine issued the industry standard, with the unified model being RXH.
Material compatible
Heating and curing, drying and dehumidifying for materials and products in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry, and heavy industry. Including raw drugs, herbal medicines, Chinese herbal medicine slices, extracts, powders, granules, effervescent preparations, water pills, packaging bottles, pigments and dyes, dehydrated vegetables, dried fruits and vegetables, sausages, plastic resins, electrical components, baked coatings, etc.

Performance Features
Most of the hot air circulates within the box, achieving high thermal efficiency and energy savings. With the use of forced ventilation, the box is equipped with adjustable air distribution plates, ensuring even drying of materials. Heat sources can be steam, hot water, electricity, or far-infrared, offering a wide range of options. The machine has low noise and balanced operation. Temperature is automatically controlled, and installation and maintenance are convenient. It has a broad application range, suitable for drying various materials, making it a general-purpose drying equipment.
Heating sources include steam, electric, far infrared, and electric steam dual-purpose, for user selection.

Available with self-control systems and computer control systems for customer selection.

Electrical heating is available, calculated at 15KW for Type I, with actual usage of 5-8KW/h.
