Principle of Operation
Materials are introduced into the machine from the raw material import, and under the action of vibration, the materials are tossed along the horizontal fluidized bed, moving forward continuously. Hot air passes upwards through the fluidized bed, exchanging heat with the wet materials, then the wet air, after being dusted by the cyclone separator, is exhausted at a ratio of 1:3, while the dried materials are discharged through the discharge outlet.

The vibration source is driven by a vibration motor, offering smooth operation, easy maintenance, low noise, and a long lifespan.
Flow uniformity without dead spaces and blow-through, ensuring even drying and cooling of products.
Excellent adjustability with a wide range of applications. Material layer thickness, movement speed within the machine, and full amplitude changes can all be achieved with infinite adjustment.
Minimal damage to material surface, suitable for drying fragile materials. Effective even when the material particles are irregular.
The structure is fully enclosed, effectively preventing cross-contamination between materials and air, ensuring a clean working environment.
High mechanical and thermal efficiency, excellent energy-saving effect; can save energy by 30-60% compared to general drying equipment.
Adaptable Material
Suitable for drying and cooling operations of powdered and granular materials in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, dehydrated vegetables, grains, minerals, etc. Examples include citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulfate, compound fertilizer, radish shreds, soybean meal, distiller's grains, seeds, slag, and sugar.
