Working Principle

The unit operates by feeding the material and liquid through a diaphragm pump at high pressure, which then sprays them out as mist droplets. These droplets are carried down with hot air in a concurrent flow. Most of the powder particles are collected at the discharge outlet at the bottom of the tower. The exhaust gas and fine particles are separated by a cyclone separator, with the exhaust gas discharged by a fan. The powder is collected by a dosing hopper located below the cyclone separator. A secondary dust removal device can also be equipped at the fan outlet, achieving a recovery rate of over 96-98%.
