Working Principle
Vacuum drying involves drying the material under vacuum conditions and then heating it. If a vacuum pump is used to extract moisture, the drying process is accelerated.
Note: If a condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser. If the solvent is water, a condenser is not necessary, saving on energy investment.1.jpg
Performance Features

The boiling point of the material solution is reduced under vacuum, which increases the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator, thereby allowing for a reduction in the heat transfer area of the evaporator for a given heat transfer quantity.
The heat source for the evaporation process can be low-pressure steam or waste heat steam.
◎ Evaporator heat loss is minimal.
Can be sterilized before drying, ensuring no impurities enter during the drying process, in compliance with GMP standards.
◎Static vacuum dryer; thus, the physical shape of the dried material will not be damaged.
Material compatible
Low-temperature drying suitable for thermosensitive materials that are prone to decomposition, aggregation, and deterioration at high temperatures; widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and electronics.

Note: Water-ring vacuum pumps are used in conjunction with mechanical boosters to enhance vacuum levels.
Order Instructions

Please select an appropriate vacuum dryer based on factors such as the initial and final moisture content of the dry material, temperature, vacuum level, drying amount, and drying time when placing an order. Within the same model of vacuum dryer, there are four heating methods available: steam, hot water, thermal oil, and electric heating. For example, to increase the drying amount, you can appropriately add more layers of drying racks. Please promptly inform our factory of this request.
Our factory can provide and install accessories for the vacuum drying system mentioned in the instruction manual. Please specify when placing your order.
