Product Introduction

This product can indirectly heat or cool paste-like, granular, powdered, or slurry materials, completing operations such as drying, cooling, heating, sterilization, reaction, and low-temperature combustion. The special wedge-shaped mixing blades in the equipment offer high heat transfer efficiency and self-cleaning surface functionality.

Working Principle
The hollow shaft is densely packed with trapezoidal hollow vanes, through which the heat medium flows. The heat transfer area per unit effective volume is large, with the temperature of the heat medium ranging from -40℃ to 320℃, which can be steam or liquid types such as hot water, thermal oil, etc. Indirect conduction heating is employed, with no air carrying away heat, ensuring all the heat is used to heat the material. Heat loss is only due to the heat dissipated through the insulating layer of the vessel. The trapezoidal vanes have an auto-cleaning function. The relative motion between the material particles and the trapezoidal surface generates a scrubbing effect, which can clean off the material adhered to the trapezoidal surface, maintaining a clean heat transfer surface during operation. The shell of the vane dryer is in the shape of Ω, typically housing two to four hollow mixing shafts inside. The shell is equipped with a sealed end cap and an upper cover to prevent the leakage of material dust and to ensure its full functionality.
The heat transfer medium flows through the rotating joint, the shell jacket, and the hollow agitator shaft, which has a different internal structure depending on the type of heat medium to ensure efficient heat transfer.

Performance Features
◎Low energy consumption of pulp leaf dryer: Due to indirect heating, there is no large amount of air carrying away heat, and the outer wall of the dryer is insulated. For pulp materials, only 1.2 kg of steam is needed to evaporate 1 kg of water.
Low-cost slurry leaf dryer system: With a large heat transfer surface per unit effective volume, it shortens the processing time and reduces the equipment size. This greatly minimizes the building area and space.
Wide range of material processing: Handles both heat-sensitive materials and those requiring high-temperature treatment using various thermal mediums such as steam, thermal oil, hot water, and cooling water. Can operate continuously or intermittently and is applicable in many fields.
Low environmental pollution: No air-carrying substances are used, and dust material carryover is minimal. The evaporation of material solvents is very low, making it easy to dispose of. For operations involving polluted materials or the need to recover solvents, a closed-loop system can be adopted.
Low operational costs: low wear rate, minimal maintenance expenses.
Operation Stable: The unique compression-expansion mixing action of the trapezoidal blade ensures thorough contact between the material particles and the heat transfer surface. Within the axial zone, the temperature, humidity, and mixing gradient of the material are minimal, thereby guaranteeing process stability.
