Operating Principle
After wet material is introduced into the dryer at one end, it is evenly distributed and dispersed within the drum by the impeller, which facilitates full contact with the hot air (either concurrent or countercurrent), thereby accelerating heat transfer and driving force. During the drying process, the material can be controllably moved to the other end of the dryer and discharged through the star-shaped discharge valve, under the action of the inclined impeller and hot air flow.

Specialty drying services for powders and granular materials with specific requirements, such as HP foaming agents, lees, light calcium carbonate, activated clay, magnetic powder, graphite, and drug residues.
Materials require low-temperature drying and continuous large-scale drying.
