1. Main Subject

The body is an independent rectangular prism, equipped with a sealed bearing housing connected to the powder hopper, which extends outward from the body. Below, it features a V-shaped base, providing a wide and flat landing surface, necessitating installation and allowing for flexible placement indoors.

2. Pellet Manufacturing Equipment

The rotating drum lies horizontally beneath the powder hopper, supported by bearing supports at both ends. It operates in reverse rotation through the transmission of a rack. The front bearing cover on the end is removable. To remove or install it, simply unscrew a wing nut, and the bearing cover and rotating drum can be pulled out. The ends of the drum are fitted with convex square rings, which fit into the bearing chamber, preventing oil from渗入 the powder and preventing clogging.

3. Gearbox

The unit employs worm gear transmission with a speed ratio of 1:12. It is equipped with an oil reservoir inside to ensure optimal gear lubrication and silent operation. A sight glass is provided on the housing for observing the operation status and oil level. The outer end of the worm gear is fitted with an eccentric shaft, which drives the rack to perform reciprocating motion.

4. Sifting Tube

Installed on either side of the rotating drum, made of steel pipes, there is a long groove in the middle. The screens are inserted at both ends into the groove, and by turning the flower-shaped handwheel, the screens are wrapped around the outer circumference of the rotating drum. The handwheel contains gears to support it, allowing for adjustable tension.

5. Motor Bracket

A screw bolt is securely fastened, with the motor mounted on a metal plate. As the screw bolt is turned, the motor moves up and down, adjusting the belt.
