Flash Dryer quickly dries by using heated gas to pneumatically transport the feed into the flash tube and into the main air separation unit, commonly a cyclone. Air is induced or forced into the feed zone by the heat gas generator, where it carries the feed and evaporates the moisture during transportation. The product is delivered into the throat of the flash dryer feed zone in a controlled manner. The particle speed is about 80% of the conveying speed, and fine products require secondary dust collection, such as multi-layer, baghouse, scrubbers, and electrostatic precipitators.

7. Utilizing air filters, cyclone separators, and bag dust collectors, effectively removes dust and prevents environmental and material contamination.
8. The bottom is designed with an inverted cone-shaped structure, allowing the cross-sectional area of the drying gas flow to gradually expand from bottom to top. The bottom air flow is relatively larger, while the upper air flow is relatively smaller. This ensures that the larger particles in the lower section remain in a fluidized state while the smaller particles in the upper section also achieve fluidization. Additionally, the hot air rotates along the conical section, enhancing the wind speed at the bottom, shortening the overhanging part of the agitator shaft, and increasing the operational safety and reliability.
The equipment boasts strong mass and heat transfer, high production intensity, short drying time, and brief material residence time.
