Product Features of the Vacuum耙式Dryer

The Vacuum Rake Dryer is primarily composed of the housing, rotating shaft, and rake teeth. Unlike the浆叶式干燥器, the rotating shaft and rake teeth of the vacuum rake dryer do not serve as heating surfaces; they merely function to agitate the material and refresh the surface. The rake dryer operates under vacuum, first adding wet material to the dryer, then introducing a heating medium (usually steam or hot water, but also thermal oil) into the jacket. After that, the vacuum pump is started, and once the specified vacuum level is reached, the agitator is activated. The reciprocating movement of the rake teeth continuously pushes the material towards the center and ends during the drying process. Additionally, four stainless steel rods (seamless steel pipes) can be placed between the rake teeth according to user requirements. As the shaft rotates, these rods move up and down, vibrantly dislodging material adhered to the walls and粉碎 lumps. These measures ensure timely renewal of the heat transfer surface, thereby accelerating the rate of heat and mass transfer. Once the material reaches the specified moisture content, heating is stopped, the vacuum system is closed, and the dried material is removed, completing a cycle. This dryer is suitable for drying pasty, paste-like, granular, and fibrous materials, particularly for heat-sensitive materials and operations requiring the recovery of organic vapors. The vacuum rake dryer offers many advantages. The rake teeth come in two basic forms: left- and right-handed, with both having atypical and paddle-type variations. During installation, adjacent rake teeth are offset by 90 degrees in position, with atypical rake teeth mounted at both ends of the shaft and paddle-type teeth at the rest. As the shaft rotates, the material moves to the sides first, then to the center, ensuring uniform agitation throughout the drying process.
