Eight Key Elements for Pressure Spray Drying Machine Installation

Pressure spray dryers play a crucial role in the drying equipment industry, and their applications are increasingly widespread. Proper installation of pressure spray dryers is a prerequisite for their normal operation, thus it is essential to handle their installation with care. Below, we will introduce the installation procedure for pressure spray dryers:

1. The desiccant main unit has been positioned, followed by the connection of the main unit to the heating unit's piping, and the placement of the heater.

2. According to the equipment layout, suspend the cyclone separator and bag dust collector to the pre-set positions in the factory. First, connect the pipeline between the drying main unit and the cyclone separator, and then connect the pipeline between the cyclone separator and the bag dust collector.

Connect the pipes between the hot air furnace and the blower, as well as between the air filter and the induced draught fan;

4. Ensure the vertical alignment of the drying main unit with the ground plane, with the vertical alignment of the top of the drying main unit not exceeding 10mm.

The dosing unit is in place and connected to the drying main unit.

During pipeline connections, asbestor rope or a sealing strip (silicone rubber sealing pads, if required to meet GMP standards) should be inserted.

Secure all fasteners at the connection points until the fastener plate is tight and free of any looseness.

8. Electrical cabinet wiring should be securely grounded with clear markings (wires should be run through conduits or conduits boxes).
