High evaporation intensity of the vacuum耙式(drag-type) dryer

The working principle of a vacuum耙式drying machine:

Material is added to the center of the upper part of the shell, where it is stirred by continuously reversing rakes. The material moves axially back and forth, constantly renewing the surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell. Indirectly heated by steam, the uniform stirring of the rakes, the crushing action of the粉碎棒, vaporizes the moisture within the material. Under the vacuum system's influence, it more effectively removes both internal and surface moisture from the dried material. The vaporized moisture passes through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser, before being exhausted at the outlet of the vacuum pump.

Material is dried evenly; oxidation and overheating are avoided; a product with extremely low moisture content is obtained, which can be packaged without the need for crushing operations.

2. High evaporation intensity, typically up to 10-15 kg (water) per m²·hour.

3. With no air involvement, the condenser's load is minimal, allowing for convenient recovery of material solvents.

4. Solvent vapor carryover is effectively filtered through a baghouse, resulting in no environmental pollution.

5. Energy Consumption: Typically, 1.3-1.5 kg of steam is required to evaporate 1 kg of water.

6. The discharge valve is a ball valve within the cylinder, facilitating material unloading.

7. The heat medium can be steam, hot oil, or hot water.

Slurry, thick paste, materials finer than 100 mesh, various pigments, clay-like materials, filter cakes, centrifuge filter cake soda wash, alkali stone starch, dyes, pigments, clay ash, clay, cement, etc.
