What Preparations Are Needed Before Using the Laboratory沸腾Drying Machine?

The沸腾干燥机 in our laboratory employs fluidized bed drying technology, involving two interrelated processes: heat transfer and mass transfer. During the convective drying process, hot air transfers thermal energy to the material surface by contacting with the wet material, which then heats the interior of the material. This is a heat transfer process. Meanwhile, as the wet material is heated, the surface moisture evaporates first, while the internal moisture diffuses to the surface in liquid or gaseous form, continuously evaporating into the air. This process gradually reduces the moisture content of the material, completing the drying process, which is a mass transfer process.

Fluidized Bed Drying, also known as boiling drying, employs hot air flow to suspend wet particles, enabling thermal exchange through the fluidized boiling process. It removes evaporated water or organic solvents using hot air, and achieves the drying of wet particles by means of gas-solid two-phase suspension contact with the thermal mass transfer method using hot air flow.

Before operating the laboratory沸腾drying machine, the following checks must be performed:

1. The bearing and gear life of the boiling drier is generally 2-3 years. The lubrication of the cycloid reducer requires regular oil level checks, and oil should be changed after 50 hours of full operation on new equipment. Improve equipment hygiene according to the cleaning procedures of the boiling drier.

2. Check engine oil on each shift, and top up immediately if it's low. Inspect the main transmission, distribution box, transmission gears, and lubricants every other shift. Add or replace gear oil and grease as needed. Remove and inspect the bottom bearing of the helical shaft after 500 hours of operation (remove after 100 hours for new machines), and replace if any damage is found. Thoroughly check the bearing lubrication. Maintain the equipment according to the boiling dry machine maintenance procedures.

3. Inspect the integrity of the沸腾干燥机 components and disinfect them according to the 沸腾干燥机 sterilization procedure. Ensure that no equipment, hands, feet, or objects are inserted into the cone to prevent accidents. Stop the operation during sampling, and if any foreign objects are detected entering the machine, immediately shut down, unload the material, and then restart.

4. Check if the air compressor of the dryer is lubricated and if the storage tank has cooling water; if not, it may be depleted.

Step 5: Install packages and components, turn on the power, check if the automatic and manual switches are smooth, and set the relevant data.

6. Prepare wet granules promptly, promote the operation of the沸腾drying machine, open the lab's沸腾drying machine for drying, and strictly control the daily amount of dry and wet granules to not exceed 100 kilograms, as well as control the drying temperature and time.
