1. The drum does not rotate after being powered on: The cause may be that the drum is jammed by foreign objects. Turn off the power and remove the drum to remove the foreign objects.

2. Machine Vibration: The machine is tilted and needs to be leveled. If it vibrates again, check the equipment components to see if they are the cause.

3. Inconsistent particle size: The material mixture is not uniform or the sieve is damaged. Replace the sieve or remix the material to improve the uniformity of the wet material.

4. Coarse or loose surface of finished granules: This is due to variations in moisture content, which needs to be adjusted to an appropriate level.

The small oscillating granulator features a seven-sided drum design, high-quality material selection, and excellent processing technology.
