    The沸腾干燥机 is widely used in various scientific research units across industries such as pharmaceuticals, pesticides, and food. It is an ideal drying equipment for quickly drying granular or powdered materials used in experiments. When in use, the material to be dried is first placed into the material bucket, then the organic glass tube and the bucket are securely fastened with a clamp to form a sealed system. After that, the power switch and the fan control are turned on.

    The cold air enters under negative pressure, and then the cold and hot switch is turned on to heat up. Set the appropriate heating temperature as needed, and set a differential value (pre-set to 10 before shipment). If the high temperature is set to 70°C, heating will stop once the outlet temperature reaches 70°C, and it will automatically heat up if it falls below 60°C. This causes granular and powdered materials to become fluidized and cyclically boil, with moisture rapidly evaporating into the air. The moisture and steam are then trapped by the fabric filter and expelled, usually within 3-8 minutes. After shutdown, the material is emptied.

    What are some maintenance tips for the laboratory沸腾drying machine?

    1. The bearing and gear life of the沸腾drying machine is typically 2-3 years. The lubrication of the spiral bevel reducer requires regular oil level checks; the normal oil level should be between 1/2 to 2/3. For new equipment, oil should be changed after the machine runs at full load for 50 hours. Maintain equipment cleanliness according to the沸腾drying machine cleaning procedures.

    2. Check lubricating oil in each shift and top up if necessary. Gear oil and grease in the main transmission box, distribution box, and transmission head sections should be inspected every six months. Top up or replace gear oil and grease as needed. The bottom bearing of the helical shaft should be removed and cleaned after 500 operating hours (for new machines, after 00 operating hours). Replace any damaged parts promptly during assembly and disassembly. Strictly inspect the bearing and grease addition. Maintain equipment according to the boiling dry machine maintenance procedures.

    The dryer operator first checks the steam valve, compressed air, and all range gauges to ensure they are functioning properly before each operation.

    4. Regularly clean the medium-efficiency filter bags once a month. They are cleaned by entering from the outlet of the boiling drying machine, loosening the frame screws, removing the mesh bags, soaking them in a cleaning solution for 30 minutes, then rinsing with clean water and drying.

    5. Regularly clean and lubricate the transmission of the agitator in the lab's boiling dryers. Also, regularly lubricate the drive gears of the dryer's feed vehicle and record the lubrication details for the boiling dryers.
