Located on the right side of the machine, it operates by an electric motor mounted within the base, which transmits power through a V-belt to the worm and worm gear, reducing the speed at a ratio of 1:40 to drive the mixer. The worm gear shaft is hollow and equipped with a fixed key, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly of the mixing paddle. The top of the reducer features two circular ring bolts for assembly and installation purposes. The end cap is fitted with a bolt for positioning the high-speed mixing paddle, which is already adjusted at the factory and typically does not require further adjustment during use.

2. Mixed Tank

The mixing tank is in the shape of a U, made of stainless steel, and equipped with a stirrer paddle, which lies horizontally on the mixing reducer and the discharge reducer.

3. Infeed Decelerator

The feed reducer is used to control the positioning angle of the mixing tank, which is located on the left side of the machine. During operation, it is driven by an electric motor installed in the base, powered by a V-belt to turn the worm and worm gear, causing the mixing tank to rotate within a certain angle range, allowing the mixed material to be discharged in one go.

4. Base and Motor Assembly

The horizontal trough-type mixer features an integral base structure. The motor is mounted on movable plates on both sides of the base, and can be adjusted vertically using screws to achieve the appropriate tension for the V-belt, ensuring continuous power transmission.

Electrical Control Box
