I. Product Overview
The HNAG1000-PM-F series dust concentration monitor measures the electrostatic charge induced by dust particles passing through a fixed probe. Dust particles generate an electrostatic charge upon感应 with the probe, which is then amplified and transmitted to the monitoring control system through the probe.
The size of the electrostatic charge is proportional to the flow of dust particles. The high-tech electronic circuitry of this system converts this charge into control signals for output, triggering dust emission alarms, and is also used for continuous recording of the total quantity or concentration of dust particles.
The HNAG1000-PM-F series device offers the latest world exchange-coupling technology. This is a modern and stable monitoring technology, particularly suited for continuous emission recording and data accumulation. The working principle of this monitoring system is to confirm the online dust particle emissions (mg/sec) or emission concentration (mg/m³) by utilizing the charge induction generated by dust particle flow around the probe.
Under relatively stable combustion conditions (i.e., at the same emission point, there are no significant changes in flow rate, temperature, pressure, humidity, and the nature of soot particles, with variations less than ±), the system can also be used for online monitoring of emission concentrations after direct calibration (unit = mg/M3).
Scope of Application
The HNAG1000-PM-F series dust concentration meters are widely used in various industrial applications, including steelmaking, power generation, oil, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, building materials processing, coal mining and extraction, cement manufacturing and packaging, and other industries.
Typical applications include detecting filter bag damage in bag dust collectors, monitoring the total amount of powdered material recovery or product conveyance, or measuring the dust emission concentration from boilers of various sizes and fuels.
III. Product Introduction
Four Key Features of the HNAG1000-PM-F Series Dust Concentration Detector:
1. Utilized practical technology – the improved AC coupling technology, which boasts high sensitivity and linearity in dust detection. The probe remains unaffected by dust contamination, ensuring no loss in measurement sensitivity and requiring no maintenance or cleaning.
2. Standard 3-wire 4-20mA current output, with strong anti-interference capability, easy for long-distance signal transmission, no special requirements for signal transmission wires, output current linearly correlates with dust concentration, convenient for subsequent PLC data processing.
3. Compatible with three-wire pressure transmitters, the installation and operation are straightforward, requiring no special training for on-site engineering technicians.
The integrated transmitter within the junction box outputs a 4-20mA current, which is electrically isolated from the dust sensor probe, enabling signal transmission.
