Heating PP SheetsAlign the heating equipment to the warped PP board, heating at an appropriate distance and temperature. Ensure even heating during the process and avoid concentrating excessive heat in one area. The heating time may vary depending on the thickness of the PP board and the extent of warping. Generally, heat until the PP board begins to soften and slightly deform.
Corrective deformationDuring the heating process, gently apply pressure to the deformed area using your hand or an appropriate tool to gradually restore it to its original shape. Please note that the pressure should be moderate to avoid excessive force that could cause the PP board to crack or damage.
Cooling PP SheetAfter correcting deformation, place the PP sheet on a flat and clean surface to allow it to cool naturally. Avoid applying any external force during the cooling process to prevent affecting the correction effect.
Verify correction effectsAfter cooling, inspect if the shape of the PP sheet has returned to the expected effect. If there are still minor deformations, you can heat it again for correction, but be cautious not to overheat to avoid damaging the PP sheet.
