Safety Production Goal Management

1. The Safety Management Department ensures that safety personnel receive training and education at least 4 times a year; for drivers and vehicle operators, safety learning and education activities are organized at least 6 times annually, with an attendance rate for safety learning exceeding 95%.

2. Company leaders conduct road inspections at least three times a month; the heads of the Safety Department carry out at least four inspections monthly; safety officers conduct road checks over six times a month.

3. The company has established a quality goal of 1/1 million vehicle kilometers for vehicle safety and fault execution, with a reduction of 0.5/1 million vehicle kilometers for assessment each subsequent year.

4. We consistently hold a monthly safety production meeting or a specialized session on safety production, where we conduct comprehensive analysis and research on the company's safety production status, check the completion of safety production goals, and rectify existing issues.

Quarterly safety meetings are held for drivers, as well as on vehicle annual inspections, with necessary safety activities organized as required for safe production.

6. Adhere to the monthly vehicle inspection and routine maintenance check systems. Any identified safety hazards must be rectified, and records of safety inspections and rectification measures must be properly documented.

7. The Company's安全生产领导小组lacks management of the安全生产 objectives and tasks. It supervises the safety production management of each department. It monitors the completion of established goals by each department in accordance with the安全生产 objectives and tasks.

Safety and Production Responsibility Pursuit System

1. Establish and improve the safety production responsibility system, formulate comprehensive safety work responsibilities for all departments and positions, and implement the safety production responsibility system. The company's main负责人 bear the leadership responsibility for the safety production work of their unit; the leaders responsible for various departments bear leadership responsibility for the safety production work within their respective areas of responsibility. Each department is responsible for the safety production work within their own or business responsibilities. Other personnel outside the unit leaders bear management responsibility for the safety production work within their business responsibilities; departments or individuals with direct management relationships with the management objects bear direct management responsibility for the safety production work of the management objects.

2. All departments and personnel must strictly comply with the laws, regulations, management systems, and safety operation procedures for production safety, consciously fulfill their safety responsibilities, and ensure production safety. Positions outside of专职 safety management must implement the "dual responsibility of one post," where, while performing their job responsibilities, they must also diligently fulfill the safety responsibilities inherent to their post or business scope.

When accidents occur, relevant department leaders promptly arrive on the scene to organize rescue efforts, understand the circumstances of the accident, identify the cause, handle post-accident matters, and report to superior authorities in a timely manner.

4. In accordance with the principle of "who is in charge, who is responsible," implement the safety production responsibility system. Carefully carry out the spirit of superior documents related to safety production, and do a good job in safety production supervision, inspection, publicity, and education.

5. Upon receiving a notification of potential hazards, department heads and responsible parties must promptly formulate corrective measures and plans to ensure timely elimination of the risks and report the results of the rectification.

6. Enforcement will be pursued against those who fail to diligently implement and enforce safety production work as stipulated in relevant documents, leading to safety production accidents.
