The company and its subordinate branch heads are responsible for the identification and treatment of potential hazards within their units; the person in charge of safety is responsible for the implementation and comprehensive management supervision of such identification and treatment; other heads are responsible for the direct management of potential hazard identification and treatment within their respective areas of responsibility; and other staff members are responsible for the job-related responsibilities regarding potential hazard identification and treatment.
Each department is responsible for investigating and rectifying potential hazards within their respective units or departments. The safety management department is in charge of implementing comprehensive supervision and management over safety production inspections and the rectification of potential hazards. Upon discovering any hazards, they should immediately report to relevant departments and promptly inform the relevant unit leaders. Any department or individual within the company who finds potential hazards has the right to report to the company's security department, other relevant departments, or relevant leaders. No department or individual shall obstruct, interfere with, or retaliate against such reports.
Identifying significant safety hazards, it is imperative to promptly report to Qingbaijiang District's Safety Supervision and Inspection Department and other relevant authorities in accordance with procedures.
Establish a comprehensive system for reporting and rewarding whistleblowers for potential hazards, publicly disclose safety or complaint hotlines, and appoint "volunteer safety supervisors" on vehicles. Set up suggestion books, boxes, or reporting boxes at vehicles or key production and operation sites; ensure regular opening and reviewing of these boxes, and promptly collect, analyze, and address information on potential hazards. Reward and recognize individuals who discover, eliminate, or report potential hazards.
