1. Management Training

Company safety managers undergo two annual safety production knowledge training sessions, each lasting at least 3 academic hours. The training primarily covers basic safety production knowledge, fire safety information, and relevant contents of the Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China. Training materials include "Outline of Modern Safety Management," "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China," and "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China." They are required to participate in safety management training organized by safety management departments and industry authorities each year.

2. Training for Other Personnel

Schedule Training: Each scheduler undergoes two safety production knowledge training sessions annually, with each session lasting no less than 5 hours. The training covers basic safety production laws, fire safety knowledge, and automotive safe driving tutorials.

(2) Safety Officer Training: Safety officers participate in professional knowledge training sessions organized by the relevant authorities annually. Additionally, the company will organize four safety production training sessions for the safety officers each year, with each session lasting no less than 5 academic hours.

Educational Training Assessment Management

1. New employees (including drivers) must pass a written exam after training. Those who pass will sign employment contracts, and those who fail will have their employment relationship terminated.

2. Employees undergo retraining exams at the end of each year. Those who fail are allowed to retake the exam once. If they still fail, they will be reassigned to a different job position or their employment relationship will be terminated. The annual safety production education and training for all company employees is managed and supervised by the Safety Department, which is also responsible for the exam administration. The annual exam materials are organized by the Safety Department and archived, then stored in the company's archives. Access to the exams is conducted according to the company's archive regulations.
