Graphite felt is a flexible, porous carbon material made from polyacrylonitrile (PAN) or asphalt-based carbon fibers through processes such as pre-oxidation, carbonization, and graphitization, featuring a three-dimensional reticulated structure. The fiber diameter is typically 5~15 micrometers, with a porosity as high as 80%~95%. It combines the high-temperature resistance, chemical stability of graphite, and the lightweight, cuttable characteristics of fiber materials, and is widely used in high-temperature insulation, battery electrodes, and composite materials fields.
