详情描述
A polycrystalline furnace, also known as a polycrystalline silicon ingot furnace, is a high-temperature melting equipment used to produce polycrystalline silicon ingots. It is a key piece of equipment in the photovoltaic industry chain (solar cells) and the semiconductor industry. Its operating principle involves melting high-purity silicon material at high temperatures (1400~1600℃) and then forming large-sized, high-purity polycrystalline silicon ingots through directional solidification technology. These ingots are then cut into silicon wafers for manufacturing solar cells or electronic devices.
