With a cooling surface area several tens of times larger than that of UV LED point sources, they provide excellent heat dissipation. The lifespan of these systems can reach between 25,000 to 30,000 hours, with usage not affected by the number of on/off cycles. Cable output is employed, which, compared to the traditional LAMP method that requires frequent bulb replacements, high power consumption, and the need for UV fiber output, can significantly reduce equipment material costs and enhance utilization rates.
2. The LED component emits at a peak of 365nm, with a spectral distribution ranging from 360nm to 370nm, and no infrared light is emitted. Consequently, the surface temperature of the product being illuminated does not increase, whereas traditional LAMP-style UV illuminators typically raise the surface temperature of the illuminated product by 60-90 degrees, causing the product's positioning to shift and leading to defects.
