1. To achieve optimal air flow distribution in bag dust collectors, it may be necessary to conduct additional on-site measurements and adjustments to the air distribution plates and boiler fabric bag dust collectors prior to their operation.

 

2. Ideal uniform flow depends on laminar flow conditions, which require slow flow profiles and low velocities to achieve. The primary control method is to rely on the proper configuration of guide plates and distribution plates in pulse bag dust collectors to achieve more even air flow distribution. However, in pulse bag vacuum cleaners, a large fractured area is difficult to be entirely determined by the theoretical design configuration of the guide plates. Therefore, it is common to use some model tests to adjust the position and shape of the deflectors during the experiment, and select appropriate conditions as the basis for design.

 

3. While considering the correct airflow, it is necessary to unify the layout and airflow status of the dust bags inside the bag, to reduce equipment resistance and ensure dust removal efficiency.

The design of the inlet and outlet pipes of the pulse bag should be considered within the entire project system to ensure as even a distribution of the air flow entering the dust collector as possible. When multiple dust collectors are used in parallel, the inlet and outlet pipes should be as centrally located within the dust collection system as feasible.

 

  Pulse-jet bag dust collectors are suitable for compressed air equipment, including compressed air pipelines, air storage tanks, and isolation bags. According to the working principle of the pulse-jet filter and the structural characteristics of the cleaning system's instruments and components, it is necessary to limit the pressure of the compressed air in the air bags accordingly, and temperatures must also be clearly marked. Under high pressure, both good and poor gas qualities can affect the outcome of ash cleaning. The compressed air pressure for cleaning, based on the operational requirements of the dust removal equipment, is:0.02~0.8 MPa. Set the gas pressure at the inlet pressure-reducing device for the external network or single-regulating gas supply system, ensuring it remains within the required pressure range. The pressure must be firm and continuous. It is essential to clean the oil, water, and dirt from the compressed air, as this can block the instrument's air passages and the holes in the blowing tube, affecting the dust removal effect. If it is blown onto the filter bag and combines with dust, it can also impact the dust removal efficiency.
