Installation Requirements for Dust Collector Filter Bags: It is recommended that two people perform the installation. One person should fold the fabric bag longitudinally into the board hole, while the other person holds and unfolds the filter bag roll. Align the cage to the center and gently place it, ensuring the vertical direction throughout the installation process.
Employees should dress appropriately, keep their pockets clean, and not carry items such as cigarettes, matches, lighters, keys, or knives to prevent them from falling into the filter bags. If a filter bag falls into debris, it should be removed. During the installation process, avoid wearing shoes with nails or hard soles.
3. After the dust collector filter bags are installed, the ceiling is gradually covered with canvas to prevent debris from falling into the bags. When installing the blower, a canvas cover should also be used to avoid damaging the holes in the filter bags.
4. Installation Environment Requirements: The installation site must have sufficient lighting, and it is prohibited to store instruments, debris, or other items unrelated to the on-site installation.
5. Dust Collector Filter Bag Installation Check: Install each filter bag and inspect the bonding area for sealing integrity and correct positioning. If vertical, check for gray. If any contact or error is found at the bottom of the filter bag, prepare to promptly record it in the personnel instructions.
6. When installing dust collector filter bags, smoking is strictly prohibited. Any form of electric welding or cutting is strictly forbidden, as well as the use of lighters, matches, or other fire sources for emergency lighting. In case of a power outage, after completing daily installation work, you must inventory all installation tools to prevent them from falling into the filter bags and damaging them.
7. Dust collector filter bags should be kept away from fire sources, avoid direct sunlight exposure, and prevent heavy loads from crushing them. Each filter bag should be inspected before installation to prevent mechanical damage.
