Paper Pallet Usage
Generally made of wood, metal, or fiberboard, these units are easy to load, unload, and transport smaller quantities of goods. The main types of pallets include wooden, plastic, and metallic materials. Wooden pallets are widely used due to their affordability and durability; plastic pallets are a bit more expensive and have lower load capacity, but with advancements in plastic pallet manufacturing, some high-capacity plastic options have emerged, slowly replacing wooden ones. Metal pallets are sturdy and long-lasting, but they are prone to corrosion and are more expensive.
Proper Usage
When using forklifts and other auxiliary tools, be mindful of lifting and lowering evenly to prevent uneven distribution of force or localized stress.
2. All products from our company are waterproof treated, but it does not mean they can be soaked in water for a long time.
3. Only allow goods that have been packed and formed to be placed on paper trays for transportation, to prevent the goods on the tray from falling or being subjected to excessive localized force, which may cause deformation and damage to the paper tray.
4. The bottom feet and panels of the paper pallet are bonded with glue, and should be avoided from local impact forces.
5. When packing and loading, ensure that the bottom area of the items on the pallet matches the surface area of the pallet to prevent damage or collapse due to uneven distribution of force, localized stress, or off-centering of the center of gravity.
