The roller wheels and shafts are precision machined from 45# round steel and heat treated for high strength.


● Flip Machine Transmission System


Mechanically driven by a chain drive system, the motor features a hard toothed helical gear reducer with variable frequency start-up, offering smooth acceleration and deceleration with increased torque. The chains are of a well-known domestic brand (Ziqiang) with a one-inch double-row design, providing a vertical upward tensile force of 400KN on both sides, ensuring safe and stable flipping.


Rotary soft start, effectively protecting the reducer from damage caused by sudden motor power-on acceleration, thereby extending the service life of the reducer.
