The roller wheels and shafts are precision-machined from 45# round steel and undergo high-temperature quenching treatment, ensuring high strength.


● Inverter Drive System:


Mechanically driven by a chain conveyor, the motor features a hard toothed helical gear reducer with variable frequency start, providing smooth acceleration and deceleration, and enhanced torque. The chains are made by a renowned domestic brand (Ziqiang) with one-inch double-row and double-sided design (vertical tensile force of 400KN), ensuring safe and stable operation during flipping.


Rotary soft start, effectively protecting the reducer from damage caused by sudden motor power-on acceleration, thereby extending the service life of the reducer.
