The dairy logistics conveying system primarily serves the production, storage, and dispatch of ambient temperature liquid milk. It is designed with functional areas such as production, incoming, storage, and outgoing zones, and is unifiedly automated for the entire logistics process through computer control.
During the logistics system planning process, the dairy industry demands not only high throughput capacity but more importantly, the implementation of unmanned operations throughout the entire process from milk production to finished product warehousing, loading, and dispatch. This includes all logistics activities such as the entry and exit of finished products, as well as the transportation of raw materials and packaging materials. Additionally, the entire system must meet requirements for cost-effectiveness, flexibility, safety, and ease of maintenance.
To achieve unmanned operations from production to inventory, the logistics system of the dairy product conveying line consists of a fully automated three-dimensional finished product storage and conveying system, an automated three-dimensional packaging material storage and conveying system, an auxiliary material automatic conveying system, as well as a computer management system that integrates these three subsystems.
