Production Process

1: Starting with the fully automatic unboxing machine - automatically opens and seals the bottom of the cardboard box.

2: Enter the single-fold lid sealing machine – automatically performs single-fold sealing.

3: After completing a linear sealing of the box, transfer to the corner sealing machine for corner sealing.

4: Once the box is sealed, it is automatically packed, marking the completion of the packaging operation on this line. If product automatic boxing is added between steps one and two, then this packaging line will be able to fully realize unmanned full automation from unboxing to packing.
